A Ledger Device is a hardware wallet that is considered one of the most secure ways to store your digital assets. Ledger uses an offline, or cold storage, method of generating private keys, making it a preferred method for many crypto users. This guide will help you to connect your Ledger device to the Elastos Light Wallet. The Elastos Light Wallet enables you to Send and Receive ELA, and Vote for supernodes with the Ledger Device.

  • A banner will show the size of the transaction. Please ensure the size is below the threshold of 1024 Bytes.

  • To minimize the transaction size, it is recommended to vote for 1 node only, which would consolidate UTXOs in your address and after confirmation of this transaction, you will be able to vote between 20-22 nodes
